Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

During high‑volume seasons, processing may extend to 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Damage or lost products

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. For damaged items, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you with a replacement or claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double‑check your shipping address before submitting your order. Sisters Becoming Whole is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
